Who we are

This notice covers epiphyte-corp.com, run by Epyphite Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202011664K), trading as Epiphyte Corp, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914. Our mobile application has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• What you type into a form. For the AI Inventory Workbook: your name, work email, company, role (if you give it), whether your firm is MAS-regulated, and whether you agree to be contacted.
• With each form you send: the page you sent it from, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time.
• How the site is used, through Google Analytics and Matomo.

Why we use it

• To give you what you asked for, such as a download.
• To contact you about AI risk management, if you ticked the box that allows it.
• To stop abuse of the forms, by limiting how many each IP address can send.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who handles it for us

• Microsoft Azure hosts the server that stores form submissions, in Singapore.
• Cloudflare delivers this website and passes form submissions to that server.
• Resend sends the email that tells our team about a new submission; Microsoft 365 receives it.
• Google (Google Analytics) and Matomo measure how the site is used.

Some of these providers may process data outside Singapore.
